BJMP Caraga Region under the leadership of the Regional Director, JCSUPT MARIA IRENE A ESQUINAS, through Personnel and Records Management Division headed by JCINSP DIOVIN C AUZA, organized a two-day orientation on PRIME-HRM Level II yesterday, April 26-27, 2023 held at BJMP Caraga Conference Room, Butuan City.
The meeting was attended by the Assistant Regional Director for Administration and Operations, JSUPT MAYLA A CHUA, Division Heads, Chief of Offices, and Staff. It was conducted to prepare for the upcoming assessment of Civil Service Commission (CSC) Field Office representatives for the PRIME-HRM Level II accreditation.
The Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) is a mechanism that empowers government agencies by developing their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence.
PRIME-HRM entails greater engagement not just of the human resource management officer (HRMO) but also of the officials and the rank-and-file employees of the agency.
