BJMP Caraga’s Assistant Regional Director for Operations, JSUPT ARVIN T ABASTILLAS, PhD, recently conducted a seminar aimed at promoting ethical behavior among BJMP Caraga personnel.

The seminar, held on January 15, 2024, was designed to provide personnel with a clear understanding of the organization’s ethical standards and expectations. It covered a wide range of topics, such as the importance of workplace culture, ways to create and maintain an ethical workplace culture, and the impact of a positive attitude on the workplace and team.

“We should always be hungry for accomplishment and achievement; therefore, it is necessary to be flexible in the workplace to succeed,” JSUPT ABASTILLAS reminded everyone during his closing statement.
