BJMP Caraga Moves for a Stronger Workforce

EARLIER TODAY| Personnel of BJMP Caraga Regional Office, Cabadbaran City District Jail, and Butuan City Jail Male and Female Dormitories led by the ever-dynamic Regional Director, JCSUPT MARIA IRENE A ESQUINAS, underwent Annual Strength and Agility Test at Butuan Polysports Complex, Butuan City.

Prior to the actual conduct of the Strength and Agility Test, the Health Service Division facilitated the Blood Pressure assessment and warm-up exercises to ensure safety of every personnel. Moreover, among the exercises performed are: Push ups, sit-ups, 100m sprint, 1km run, and pull-ups for male and vertical hanging for female.

This annual activity aims to maintain a physically fit and mentally endured workforce to be able to overcome and fulfill the challenges of jail service.
