BJMP Caraga Region, headed by JSSUPT BELINDA A EBORA, RN, MM, recently underwent an on-site evaluation on PRIME- HRM Level II Accreditation led by the Civil Service Commission Caraga on November 14-15, 2023, at the BJMP Caraga Regional Conference Room, Brgy. Doongan, Butuan City.
The assessment involved Civil Service Caraga assessors namely: Ms Abigail M Tiu, Chief Human Resource Specialist, Ms Marily T Yballa, Chief Human Resource Specialist – PALD, Mr Ramil Tuba Supervising Human Resource Specialist, Ms MG Naza May F Camarin, Supervising Administrative Officer
Management Service Division, and Ms Lorajane F Mateo, Administrative Assistant II, Management Service Division, who successfully covered the tell-me-part of the Focal Persons of the Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Performance Management, Learning and Development and Rewards and Recognition Pillars led by the Chief PRM/HRD, JCINSP DIOVIN C AUZA.
The assessment classifies agencies into four maturity levels: Level 1 – Transactional HRM, Level 2- Process-Defined HRM, Level 3 – Integrated HRM, and Level 4 -Strategic HRM.
