BJMP Caraga through the Regional Performance Management Team (RPMT), underwent PRIME-HRM Level II Mock Assessment last June 19, 2023.

The said assessment was focused on the “Tell Me” part of the accreditation. The Civil Service Commission team headed by Ms. Abegail Minerva Tiu, Chief Human Resource Specialist posed a variety of queries that might be asked during the actual on-site evaluation of the CSC Assessors.

This undertaking is part of the intensive preparation for the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Maturity Level II.
